What is the minimum IPv4 block I can lease?
IPv4 leasing starts from a /24 block, which contains 256 IPv4 addresses. Larger blocks such as /23 and /22 can also be provided depending on availability and requirements.
How much does IPv4 /24 leasing cost?
IPv4 /24 leasing currently starts at $109 per month. Larger blocks use volume-based pricing and are quoted based on block size and availability.
Can I test the IPv4 range before leasing it?
Yes. A 24-48 hour test period can be requested before production deployment, subject to availability and qualification.
Is there a setup fee or deposit?
No. Standard IPv4 leasing does not require a setup fee or deposit.
What is the minimum contract period?
The standard minimum term is one month.
Can I lease more than a /24?
Yes. Depending on availability and requirements, Hyper ICT can provide /23, /22 and larger IPv4 allocations.
Who provides the IPv4 resources available through Hyper ICT?
Hyper ICT acts as an exclusive representative for selected IPv4 resource holders and currently represents approximately 400,000 IPv4 addresses available for leasing. Hyper ICT is not an LIR.
Can I manage RIPE Database objects for leased IPv4 resources?
Where applicable, eligible customers can be provided with RIPE Maintainer access so they can manage relevant RIPE Database objects directly. Availability depends on the resource and deployment requirements.
Do you provide ASN, RIPE, BGP, RPKI, LOA or rDNS assistance?
Yes. Assistance is available for ASN and RIPE NCC requirements, BGP, RPKI/ROA, LOA, reverse DNS and geofeed-related requirements. Where applicable, resource requirements may also involve ARIN, APNIC, LACNIC or AFRINIC.
How long does IPv4 provisioning take?
Hyper ICT provides a 1-hour provisioning SLA during Helsinki working hours after availability, deployment requirements and customer qualification are confirmed.
