RIPE-managed IPv4 resources and related RIPE Database requirements are a core part of Hyper ICT network operations.
ARIN
Eligible ARIN-registered IPv4 resources may be reviewed where the required authorization and deployment conditions can be satisfied.
APNIC
Eligible APNIC-registered IPv4 resources may be reviewed where applicable.
LACNIC & AFRINIC
Eligible LACNIC and AFRINIC IPv4 resources may also be considered subject to resource, authorization and operational review.

RIR Details
The applicable Regional Internet Registry, such as RIPE NCC, ARIN, APNIC, LACNIC or AFRINIC.
Resource Holder & Authorization
Company or organization information associated with the resource and confirmation that the submitting party is authorized to discuss its use.
Routing Status
Current BGP origin, ASN, RPKI / ROA, IRR or other routing information where available.
From IPv4 Resource Review to Leasing
The process begins with a resource, authorization and commercial review before any IPv4 leasing arrangement is agreed.

Send the IPv4 prefixes, applicable RIR, resource-holder information and your contact details.
Resource Review
We review registration, authorization, routing status and relevant operational information.
Discuss the Arrangement
If the resources are suitable, we discuss the commercial terms, responsibilities and operational requirements.
Technical Coordination
Approved resources can then move through the required routing, authorization and deployment process for an eligible customer.
Leasing Does Not Mean Selling Your IPv4 Space
An IPv4 leasing arrangement is different from a permanent transfer or sale. The exact registry, authorization and operational structure depends on the resource and agreement, but the leasing process does not itself represent a sale of the IPv4 resource.
Resource Holder
The underlying resource remains associated with the applicable holder or authorized organization according to the relevant registry records and agreement.
Customer Deployment
An approved customer receives the operational ability to use the leased IPv4 resource according to the agreed deployment terms.
Hyper ICT Coordination
Hyper ICT coordinates the commercial and technical workflow between suitable IPv4 resources and qualified customers according to the applicable agreement.

Yes. If you hold eligible IPv4 resources or are authorized to act for the applicable resource holder, you can submit the prefixes for review. Acceptance depends on registration, authorization, routing status, intended use and operational requirements.
Which RIR resources can Hyper ICT review?

What information should I provide?

Does Hyper ICT buy or take ownership of my IPv4 addresses?
This page is for IPv4 leasing rather than a permanent IPv4 sale or transfer. The exact resource structure and responsibilities depend on the applicable registry records and commercial agreement.
Who will use the leased IPv4 resources?
Hyper ICT works with qualified infrastructure customers including hosting, VPS, VPN, ISP and network operators. Resource suitability and intended deployment are reviewed before an arrangement proceeds.
Does submitting IPv4 resources guarantee they will be leased?
No. Submission starts the review process only. Hyper ICT does not guarantee acceptance, customer demand, utilization, leasing duration or revenue for submitted IPv4 resources.
What happens if routing or RPKI needs to change?
If a resource is accepted for an eligible deployment, required routing, ROA, IRR, LOA or registry-related changes can be reviewed and coordinated according to the resource, authorization structure and customer setup.
