Our primary business is IPv4 leasing. Hyper ICT also acts as an exclusive representative for selected IPv4 resource holders and coordinates the network requirements associated with eligible IPv4 deployments.
A Finland-Based IPv4 Leasing Company with Infrastructure Experience
Hyper ICT Oy was founded in Espoo, Finland in 2023 with a primary focus on IPv4 leasing and the operational requirements around Internet number resources.
We operate internationally and work with infrastructure businesses that need IPv4 capacity for hosting, VPS, VPN, Internet access and network services.
Hyper ICT acts as an exclusive representative for selected IPv4 resource holders. Our current represented portfolio includes approximately 400,000 IPv4 addresses available for leasing.
Hyper ICT is not a Local Internet Registry (LIR). For IPv4 resources under our representation, we work with authorized access to the relevant RIR management environments and coordinate registry, routing and authorization requirements where applicable.
More Than Two Decades in ISP and Internet Infrastructure Operations
Hyper ICT's management brings more than 20 years of technical and executive leadership experience from Internet service providers and large-scale infrastructure operations.
ISP and Access Networks
Previous leadership experience includes Internet services, fiber networks, DSL, dial-up, FTTx and large-scale subscriber infrastructure.

Previous management experience includes IPTV, VOD, data center services, service operations and infrastructure platforms.

Technical leadership experience also covers security, ZTNA, AI, automation and operational systems used in large network environments.

Hyper ICT connects qualified infrastructure customers with eligible IPv4 resources and coordinates the operational requirements needed to deploy those resources in real networks.
IPv4 Leasing
IPv4 resources for hosting providers, VPS companies, VPN businesses, ISPs and network operators, starting from /24 and subject to current availability.
IPv4 Resource Representation
We act as an exclusive representative for selected IPv4 resource holders and help make eligible address space available to qualified infrastructure customers.
Network Resource Coordination
Our IPv4 operations include practical coordination for ASN, BGP, RPKI / ROA, LOA, reverse DNS, geofeed and registry-related requirements where applicable.
Working Across the Regional Internet Registry Ecosystem
RIPE NCC is an important operational environment for our IPv4 activities. Depending on the resources represented, our work may also involve resources registered through ARIN, APNIC, LACNIC and AFRINIC.
Authorized Resource Management
For represented resources, Hyper ICT works with the appropriate authorization and access required to coordinate applicable registry, database and routing operations in the relevant RIR environment.
Representation, Not Registry Status
Hyper ICT is not an LIR. Our role is to represent selected IPv4 resource holders and coordinate the technical and commercial processes associated with eligible IPv4 leasing arrangements.
Infrastructure Experience Applied to IPv4 Leasing
Our approach is practical: understand the IPv4 resource, understand the customer's network requirements and coordinate the technical steps needed for deployment. We keep communication direct between resource holders, customers and the network operations involved in the deployment.
